Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.
  4. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

For best results, use fresh shrimp and avoid overcrowding the skillet.
