Description

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Pat the scallops dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the scallops and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute, spooning the garlic butter over the scallops.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes
