Ingredients
- 8 oz smoked whitefish, flaked
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup pickled peppers, chopped
- 1-2 tsp hot sauce, to taste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- Fresh herbs (optional), to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine the smoked whitefish and softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Blend these two ingredients until well combined.
- Stir in the pickled peppers and hot sauce, adjusting the spice level according to your preference.
- Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold in fresh herbs, if using.
