Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the cod fillets in a greased baking dish and spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
