Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the cod fillets in a greased baking dish and spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cod is flaky and cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
