Description

A simple yet delightful recipe for flaky, buttery salmon that delivers rich flavor with minimal preparation.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon filets (6oz-8oz each)
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon avocado oil or olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 415°F (213°C).
  2. Place the salmon skin-side down on a very lightly oiled baking tray.
  3. Very lightly spray a tiny bit of oil on top of the salmon.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper all over the filet.
  5. Bake for 15-22 minutes depending on the size of your filet, ensuring an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and cover with foil for 5-10 minutes to rest.
  7. Serve with desired side dishes.
