Description
A quick and delicious salmon recipe topped with creamy whipped cheese and everything bagel seasoning, baked alongside green beans and baby potatoes.
Ingredients
- 2-3 pound piece of salmon
- 3/4 cup whipped cream cheese
- 5 tablespoons Everything but the Bagel seasoning
- 1 pound fresh French green beans
- 1 pound baby potatoes, washed and cut
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line your sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon in the center of the sheet pan and pat it dry with a paper towel.
- Spread the whipped cream cheese evenly over the salmon.
- Sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning generously over the cream cheese.
- Arrange the cut baby potatoes and fresh green beans around the salmon, drizzle with olive oil, and season with sea salt.
- Bake for 20 minutes, covering the salmon with foil if it cooks faster than the vegetables.
- Remove from the oven when the salmon is flaky and the vegetables are tender.
Notes
For a spicier kick, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the Everything Bagel seasoning. Leftover salmon can be used in salads or fish cakes.
