Description

A quick and delicious salmon recipe topped with creamy whipped cheese and everything bagel seasoning, baked alongside green beans and baby potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 2-3 pound piece of salmon
  • 3/4 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 5 tablespoons Everything but the Bagel seasoning
  • 1 pound fresh French green beans
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, washed and cut
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sea salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line your sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon in the center of the sheet pan and pat it dry with a paper towel.
  3. Spread the whipped cream cheese evenly over the salmon.
  4. Sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning generously over the cream cheese.
  5. Arrange the cut baby potatoes and fresh green beans around the salmon, drizzle with olive oil, and season with sea salt.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, covering the salmon with foil if it cooks faster than the vegetables.
  7. Remove from the oven when the salmon is flaky and the vegetables are tender.

Notes

For a spicier kick, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the Everything Bagel seasoning. Leftover salmon can be used in salads or fish cakes.
