Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat and serve with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the skillet while cooking to achieve a perfect sear on the shrimp. Serve immediately for the best texture.
