- 1 can canned salmon, drained
- 1 fresh lemon, juiced

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Parmesan cheese, optional topping
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the canned salmon and cook for a few minutes.
- Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the pan and combine well with the salmon mixture.
