Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can canned salmon, drained
  • 1 fresh lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz pasta of choice (spaghetti, penne, etc.)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, optional topping


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
