Ingredients
- 4 halibut fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place the halibut fillets in a baking dish and brush the garlic Parmesan mixture over the fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
