Ingredients

  • 4 halibut fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Place the halibut fillets in a baking dish and brush the garlic Parmesan mixture over the fillets.
