Description

A hearty and creamy chicken dish cooked slowly in a Crock Pot, featuring ranch dressing, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
  3. Add the cream cheese on top.
  4. Cook on low for 360 minutes or high for 180 minutes.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it in the pot and mix it with the cream cheese and ranch mixture.
  6. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions, over rice or with buns.

Notes

For added moisture and flavor, consider cooking the chicken with the skin on. Experiment with different cheese types for a unique twist.
