- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions
- Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a medium bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to create the glaze.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for about 4 minutes until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
- Flip the salmon fillets gently and brush half of the honey garlic glaze over them.
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes until fully cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 145°F.
