Ingredients
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Place the patties on a greased baking sheet and spray lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Serve warm with a side of your choosing.
