Description

Delicious and healthy Easy Baked Tuna Croquettes that deliver comfort food without deep frying.


Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
