Ingredients
- – 6 large bell peppers (about 900g)

- – 14 ounces (400g) canned tomatoes diced
- – 2 teaspoons (10 ml) salt
- – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) black pepper
- – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) chili powder
- – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) paprika
- – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) thyme
- – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) parsley
- – 1 1/4 cups (150g) cheddar cheese shredded
Instructions
- Set your air fryer to a temperature of 190°C (375°F) and allow it to preheat.
- Slice off the tops of the bell peppers, remove the seeds and membranes, and place them aside.
- In a large frying pan on medium-high heat, warm the olive oil and cook the diced onions and minced garlic until they become clear.
- Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until it loses its pink color.
- Stir in the cooked rice, salt, black pepper, chili powder, paprika, thyme, parsley, and diced tomatoes, and continue cooking until the mixture reaches a boil.
- Fill the hollowed peppers with the beef and rice mixture, ensuring they are filled to the brim.
- Arrange the stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket and cook them for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the peppers and cook for an additional two minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted.
