Instructions
- Combine the ground beef, beef sausage, minced onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, eggs, and grated Parmesan cheese in a large mixing bowl.
- Season the meat mixture with a dash of salt and pepper.
- Use your hands to thoroughly blend all the ingredients together.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, each about 1 or 2 inches in diameter, which should yield approximately 25 meatballs.
- Lightly coat the air fryer basket with a mist of olive oil spray.
- Place the meatballs into the air fryer basket, ensuring they are spaced apart and not overcrowded; cook in batches if necessary.
- Set the air fryer to 350 degrees and cook for 13 minutes, rotating the meatballs briefly around the 8-minute mark.
- Ensure the internal temperature of the meatballs reaches 165 degrees by checking the center of the thickest part with a thermometer.
