Ingredients

  • – 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
  • – 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt
  • – 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) ground black pepper
  • – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder
  • – 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) dried oregano
  • – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) smoked paprika
  • – 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) brown sugar
  • – 1 pound beef tenderloins (450 g)


Instructions

  1. Set the air fryer to preheat at 390°F.
  2. In a spacious mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, oregano, smoked paprika, and brown sugar. Mix thoroughly until unified.
  3. Place the beef tenderloins in the bowl and stir them around until they are fully covered with the mixture.
  4. Arrange the beef tenderloins in a single layer inside the air fryer and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, ensuring they achieve an internal temperature of 165°F. Remember to turn them over after 6 minutes.
