Ingredients

- – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) smoked paprika
- – 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) brown sugar
- – 1 pound beef tenderloins (450 g)
Instructions
- Set the air fryer to preheat at 390°F.
- In a spacious mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, oregano, smoked paprika, and brown sugar. Mix thoroughly until unified.
- Place the beef tenderloins in the bowl and stir them around until they are fully covered with the mixture.
- Arrange the beef tenderloins in a single layer inside the air fryer and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, ensuring they achieve an internal temperature of 165°F. Remember to turn them over after 6 minutes.
- Once cooked, promptly take the beef tenderloins out of the air fryer to prevent further cooking. Allow them to cool before enjoying!
