Ingredients
- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the sliced sausage until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, then remove and set aside.
- Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet, sprinkle with smoked paprika, and season with salt and pepper. Sauté until tender but still crisp.
- Combine the shrimp and sausage back into the skillet with the cabbage and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
