Ingredients
- 2 fish fillets (salmon or tilapia)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Juice of 1 lemon (freshly squeezed)
- Assorted vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, or asparagus)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the fish with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
