Ingredients
- – 4 medium potatoes (200 g each), washed and dried
- – vegetable oil spray
- – 1/2 teaspoon salt
- – freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- – yogurt, butter, chili, chives, broccoli, and cheese, etc, optional for topping
Instructions
- Using a fork, puncture the potatoes all over.
- Apply a light mist of oil on each potato and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F until a knife can be easily inserted into the center, approximately 35 to 40 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking process.
- Present the potatoes by splitting them open and garnishing with the remaining salt, pepper, and your choice of toppings.
