Ingredients
- 2 cups seasoned rice
- 1 cup imitation crab, shredded
- 2 tablespoons furikake seasoning
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Soy sauce, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a baking dish, spread the seasoned rice evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded imitation crab over the rice.
- Sprinkle the furikake seasoning on top.
- Arrange the sliced cucumber and avocado on top of the crab.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
