Description

Ingredients

  • 2 fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons homemade curry powder
  • 1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (such as cilantro or parsley) for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for another minute.
  4. Incorporate the homemade curry powder and cook for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
