Description

A creamy and flavorful chicken dish made in a crockpot, perfect for family meals and special gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and chicken broth until smooth.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Secure the lid and set the crockpot on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the pot and mix with the sauce.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For a thicker sauce, consider mixing cornstarch with water and adding it toward the end of cooking.
