Description

Juicy, crispy spicy salmon featuring the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and spicy flavors that delivers satisfaction in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 800 g salmon filets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for marinating)
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp fish seasoning
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (for marinating)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (for sauce)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Chopped chives (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the salmon with olive oil, smoked paprika, soy sauce, and fish seasoning.
  2. Heat a frying pan with olive oil and butter, then add the marinated salmon cubes in a single layer. Cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping often until crispy and golden. Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining salmon.
  3. In the same skillet, strain the oil and add minced garlic; sauté for one minute.
  4. Stir in honey, soy sauce, lemon juice or vinegar, and hot sauce. Bring to a simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Serve the crispy salmon drizzled with the sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped chives.

Notes

For optimal flavor, marinate the salmon for at least 15-30 minutes. Adjust heat to ensure crispy exterior.
