Ingredients

  • – 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) onion powder
  • – 1 1/2 teaspoons (7.5 ml) cornstarch
  • – 4 cups (600 g) peeled & cubed sweet potatoes 1/2 inch cubes
  • – 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil


Instructions

  1. Warm up your oven (or air fryer) to 425°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cornstarch; set this mixture aside.
  3. Place the sweet potato cubes in a large bowl and pour the olive oil over them, then add the seasoning blend.
  4. Mix well until the sweet potato pieces are thoroughly covered.
  5. Arrange the sweet potatoes on a large baking sheet.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes, then use a spatula to turn them over. Continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender inside and crispy and golden on the outside.
