- – 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) onion powder
- – 1 1/2 teaspoons (7.5 ml) cornstarch
- – 4 cups (600 g) peeled & cubed sweet potatoes 1/2 inch cubes
- – 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
Instructions
- Warm up your oven (or air fryer) to 425°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cornstarch; set this mixture aside.
- Place the sweet potato cubes in a large bowl and pour the olive oil over them, then add the seasoning blend.
- Mix well until the sweet potato pieces are thoroughly covered.
- Arrange the sweet potatoes on a large baking sheet.
- Cook for 15 minutes, then use a spatula to turn them over. Continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender inside and crispy and golden on the outside.
