Instructions
- Prepare the sushi rice as directed on the package, seasoning it with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let it cool before molding.
- Slice the sushi-grade salmon into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Mix yuzu kosho and yuzu juice in a bowl for the sauce.
- Shape the cooled rice into small rectangles or squares.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the rice bites until golden and crispy on both sides.
- Top each crispy rice piece with a slice of salmon.
