- – 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (1.25 g)
Instructions
- Warm up the air fryer to 200C/400F and apply oil to the basket to prevent sticking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Toss in the potato wedges and stir until they are fully coated with the seasoning.
- Place the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer inside the air fryer basket and cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking them halfway through the cooking process.
