Ingredients
- 4 Salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Mix the orange juice, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Marinate the salmon fillets for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Remove salmon from marinade and pan-fry for about 4-5 minutes per side until crispy and cooked through.
- Steam or stir-fry mixed vegetables until tender in another pot.
- Serve the salmon over cooked rice, topped with the veggies and any remaining marinade if desired.
Notes
