  • 355 ml (1 1/2 cups) mayonnaise
  • 5 ml (1/2 tsp) salt
  • 5 ml (1/2 tsp) ground black pepper
  • 355 ml (1 1/2 cups) freshly grated vegetarian cheese
  • Chopped parsley, or basil for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, if you feel you need more


Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 375°F to preheat.
  2. In a small bowl, blend the mayonnaise with the salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. In a separate bowl, place the grated vegetarian cheese.
  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
