Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (skin-on)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Gather all the listed ingredients. Mince the garlic cloves and set them aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
