Ingredients
- 170 g (6 oz) Sage and Onion Stuffing
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
- 425 ml (425 ml) Water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the dry stuffing mix with the vegetable oil. (The oil will enhance the crispiness and add extra taste).
- Bring water to a boil and pour 425ml of it over the stuffing. Stir it together and let it sit for 5 minutes until it cools down enough to handle. (This step can be done ahead of time).
- Place a layer of baking parchment inside the air fryer. This will prevent the sticky stuffing balls from adhering to the air fryer basket.
- Shape the stuffing mixture into 12 balls and place them in the air fryer.
- Cook the stuffing balls at 180ºC / 356ºF for 8-10 minutes until they are golden brown, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.

- Preparing the stuffing mixture in advance allows the flavors to blend for a more delicious outcome.
