Description

Ingredients

  • 170 g (6 oz) Sage and Onion Stuffing
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
  • 425 ml (425 ml) Water


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the dry stuffing mix with the vegetable oil. (The oil will enhance the crispiness and add extra taste).
  2. Bring water to a boil and pour 425ml of it over the stuffing. Stir it together and let it sit for 5 minutes until it cools down enough to handle. (This step can be done ahead of time).
  3. Place a layer of baking parchment inside the air fryer. This will prevent the sticky stuffing balls from adhering to the air fryer basket.
  4. Shape the stuffing mixture into 12 balls and place them in the air fryer.
  5. Cook the stuffing balls at 180ºC / 356ºF for 8-10 minutes until they are golden brown, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
