Description

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets (fresh)
  • Tortillas (corn or flour)
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Lime (juiced)
  • Sour cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)


Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan for frying the fish fillets.
  2. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, then fry until golden and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side.
