Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on your countertop for preparation.
- Mix flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour buttermilk into a separate bowl.
- Place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dip each shrimp into the flour mixture, then buttermilk, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a separate bowl for the Bang Bang sauce.
- Drizzle sauce over the shrimp before serving.
- Serve over noodles or with steamed vegetables.

For additional crunch, consider doubling the panko or adding cornmeal. Adjust sriracha to taste for your preferred spice level.
