Description

Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites are a healthy, delicious seafood dish with a crunchy coating and a sweet-spicy Bang Bang sauce, perfect for family dinners or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
  3. Dredge each piece of salmon in flour, dip it in the egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until tiny bubbles form.
  5. Fry each batch of salmon bites for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  7. Serve the warm, crispy bites with the sauce for dipping.

Notes

Consider double coating the salmon for extra crunch. Experiment with seasonings for a unique flavor.
