Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
- Dredge each piece of salmon in flour, dip it in the egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until tiny bubbles form.
- Fry each batch of salmon bites for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the Bang Bang sauce.
