Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about five minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the olive oil mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down, ensuring not to overcrowd.
- Cook the salmon for 8-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Remove the salmon from the air fryer and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
