  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) kosher salt


Instructions

  1. Slice the salmon into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife. Transfer these pieces to a large bowl and coat them with olive oil. Mix the lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and kosher salt, then apply this blend generously onto the salmon chunks, ensuring they are well coated.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees. Arrange the seasoned salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for approximately 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking process to ensure even cooking. For enhanced flavor, serve with fresh lemon slices.
