Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes (300g)
  • 1 to 2 tsp vegetable oil (5 to 10 ml)

Instructions

  1. Wash and pat the potatoes dry.
  2. Remove the peels from the potatoes and place them in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle the potato peels with vegetable oil and season with salt and any other spices you prefer, such as black pepper or paprika. Use your hands to mix everything until the skins are evenly coated. Add more oil if needed; while optional, it enhances flavor and helps the spices adhere.
  4. Arrange the seasoned peels in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Set the air fryer to 385°F (195°C) and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until they reach a golden brown color. Flip the skins halfway through at around 5 minutes, adding extra oil and seasoning if desired.
