Ingredients
- – 3 bone-in chicken thighs (680 g)
- – 1/2 tablespoon olive oil (7.5 ml)
- – 2 cloves garlic, minced
- – 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt, or to taste
- – 3 dashes black pepper
- – 3 dashes cayenne pepper
- – 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
- – 3 tablespoons (45 ml) cheese alternative
- – 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped parsley
- – lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, blend the chicken thighs with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, cayenne, lemon juice, and a cheese alternative until the chicken is thoroughly coated.
- Place the chicken pieces in the air fryer basket with the skin side facing upward. Cook them at 200°C (400°F) for 12 minutes.
- Turn the chicken over and continue cooking at 200°C (400°F) for an additional 6 minutes, or until they are fully cooked.
- Take the chicken out of the air fryer. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve alongside lemon wedges.
