Description

Quick and delicious crispy air fryer chicken and mozzarella wraps that are perfect for busy weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken together with salt and pepper to your desired taste.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and start layering it with some shredded chicken, a handful of mozzarella cheese, a bit of chopped lettuce, and diced tomatoes. Don’t forget the optional ranch dressing for a creamy touch!
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly and place it seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
  5. Lightly spray the wraps with cooking spray, ensuring they crisp up beautifully.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, watching closely until the wraps turn golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove the wraps from the air fryer, slice them in half, and serve warm.
