Quick and delicious crispy air fryer chicken and mozzarella wraps that are perfect for busy weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the shredded chicken together with salt and pepper to your desired taste.
- Lay a tortilla flat and start layering it with some shredded chicken, a handful of mozzarella cheese, a bit of chopped lettuce, and diced tomatoes. Don’t forget the optional ranch dressing for a creamy touch!
- Roll the tortilla tightly and place it seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Lightly spray the wraps with cooking spray, ensuring they crisp up beautifully.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, watching closely until the wraps turn golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the wraps from the air fryer, slice them in half, and serve warm.
