Description

Creamy tuna pasta is a quick and comforting dish made with pasta, tuna, and a rich cream sauce, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta of choice (penne, fettuccine, etc.)
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the drained tuna and frozen peas, stirring to combine.
  5. Mix in the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Heat through, allowing the cheese to melt and combine.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream. Feel free to customize with additional vegetables or proteins.
