Ingredients
- 2 red snapper fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
- Stir in the can of diced tomatoes and the Creole seasoning, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Add the red snapper fillets. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they become opaque.
- Pour in the heavy cream, simmering for another 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
