Description

Indulge in these luxurious creamy seafood stuffed shells filled with a blend of lobster, crab, and shrimp, enveloped in a rich cheese mixture.

Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Jumbo Pasta Shells
  • 8 ounces Lobster Meat
  • 8 ounces Crab Meat (preferably fresh)
  • 8 ounces Shrimp
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese (can swap for light cream cheese)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (freshly shredded)
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Flour (can use gluten-free)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream (substitute with half-and-half)
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Incorporate the lobster meat, crab meat, and shrimp. Cook until shrimp turn pink and seafood is heated through, around 5-7 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat to low and add cream cheese, stirring until melted.
  7. Gradually stir in heavy cream and flour, mixing until smooth and creamy.
  8. Add mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
  9. Carefully stuff each cooked pasta shell with the seafood mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
  10. Pour any remaining cheese mixture over the stuffed shells, sprinkling Parmesan cheese on top.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

For best results, use fresh seafood and do not overcook the pasta shells.
