Description

A quick and satisfying creamy salmon pasta recipe that delivers comfort, flavor, and nutrition in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy or light cream
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add salmon fillets to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and flake.
  4. In the same pan, add fresh spinach and sauté until wilted.
  5. Stir in the cream and bring to a simmer. Add the flaked salmon and cooked pasta, mixing until combined.
  6. Finish with lemon juice and grated Parmesan cheese. Serve warm.

Notes

Start with the pasta as it takes the longest to cook. Reserve some pasta water to help bind your sauce for a creamier texture.
