Description

A comforting mix of creamy sauce, tender salmon, and fresh spinach in a delightful pasta dish that’s perfect for quick meals.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta
  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the salmon with salt and pepper, and add it to the skillet. Cook until flaky and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Flake the cooked salmon and add it to the skillet with the sauce. Add the cooked pasta and toss to combine.
  5. Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

For added flavor, season the salmon with herbs like dill or thyme before cooking. Consider adding cherry tomatoes or peas for variations.
