Description

Ingredients

  • 380g rigatoni
  • 250g saucisse italienne
  • 200ml crème épaisse
  • 400g tomates concassées
  • 150g épinards frais
  • 3 gousses d’ail, hachées
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan râpé for serving


Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the saucisse italienne over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Add the chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the crushed tomatoes and cream, allowing the mixture to simmer for several minutes to meld the flavors.
  5. Toss in the fresh spinach, stirring until just wilted.
  6. Combine the cooked rigatoni with the sauce, season with salt and pepper.
