- 380g rigatoni
- 250g saucisse italienne
- 200ml crème épaisse
- 400g tomates concassées
- 150g épinards frais
- 3 gousses d’ail, hachées
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan râpé for serving
Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, brown the saucisse italienne over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add the chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes and cream, allowing the mixture to simmer for several minutes to meld the flavors.
- Toss in the fresh spinach, stirring until just wilted.
- Combine the cooked rigatoni with the sauce, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, topped with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
