Description

A delightful and easy-to-make creamy lemon garlic salmon pasta that’s perfect for weeknight dinners, combining rich salmon flavors with zesty lemon and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguini
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguini according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned salmon fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is flaky. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces and add it to the sauce along with the cooked linguini. Mix well to coat evenly.
  6. Finish with chopped parsley, adjust seasoning if needed, and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, ensure the heavy cream is at room temperature before adding it to the skillet. Use fresh ingredients for enhanced flavor and adjust lemon juice and zest according to taste.
