Description

A delicious, nutrient-rich salmon dish served in a creamy garlic sauce with fresh spinach.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and sear them for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese and lemon juice to the sauce, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  6. Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to warm through. Serve immediately.

Notes

For added flavor, consider incorporating crushed red pepper flakes. Adjust garlic amount based on personal preference.
