Description

A rich and flavorful dish featuring tender salmon fillets in a creamy garlic sauce, brightened by lemon juice and garnished with fresh parsley.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet, cooking for about 5-6 minutes on each side.
  4. Once cooked, pour in the heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring to combine.
  5. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
  6. Serve the salmon garnished with fresh parsley, alongside rice, pasta, or veggies.

Notes

For a flavor twist, consider adding sautéed spinach or sun-dried tomatoes to the sauce.
