Ingredients
- 2 Salmon fillets
- 200g Pasta of choice
- 200ml Heavy cream
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add salmon fillets and cook until flaky.
- Lower heat and stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, salt, and pepper; mix until combined.
- Toss cooked pasta in the sauce, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Serve with garlic bread or a simple salad.
Notes
For extra flavor, infuse the olive oil with herbs before sautéing. Leftover salmon can also be used to save time.
