Description

A luxurious yet simple dish featuring salmon in a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon fillets
  • 200g Pasta of choice
  • 200ml Heavy cream
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add salmon fillets and cook until flaky.
  4. Lower heat and stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, salt, and pepper; mix until combined.
  5. Toss cooked pasta in the sauce, ensuring it’s well coated.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Serve with garlic bread or a simple salad.

Notes

For extra flavor, infuse the olive oil with herbs before sautéing. Leftover salmon can also be used to save time.
