Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine or linguine
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the salmon fillets, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and flake.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
