Description

A rich and creamy garlic pasta dish cooked in one pot, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of pasta of your choice
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, add the pasta, garlic, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer, stirring frequently, until the pasta is al dente and the mixture is creamy.

Notes
