Ingredients
- 2 cups of pasta of your choice
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pot, add the pasta, garlic, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce the heat and simmer, stirring frequently, until the pasta is al dente and the mixture is creamy.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
For a twist, try different pasta shapes or add cooked chicken or vegetables. Stir in a splash of milk if the sauce thickens too much.
