Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally or pound to even thickness.
  2. Season both sides generously with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through, about 4–5 minutes per side.
